Doctor on the Edge (2026)

Do Ji Ui, a privileged plastic surgeon fulfilling his mandatory military service as a public health doctor, is assigned to Pyeondong-do, a remote island feared and avoided by nearly everyone in his profession. Hoping to escape such a posting, he instead finds himself trapped in an isolated environment where unsettling signs begin to emerge from his very first day. As he struggles to endure the harsh realities of island life, fear, uncertainty, and the pressure of his responsibilities begin to test both his resilience and sense of purpose.
